Ingredients
Fresh tofu cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and papper for seasoning

Directions

Wash and clean, dry the basil leaves place them in a plate. Cut in thin slices the cheese place them in middle of the basil leaves . Add salt and pepper for taste.

Polenta with melted mozzarella on top .

Ingredients :                                                
3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/ 3 cups yellow cornmeal
1 table spoon butter
fresh mozzarella for garnish or ricotta cheese us preference.                            

Directions: 
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a heavy large saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Gradually whisk in the cornmeal. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the mixture ticknes and the cornmeal is tender, stirring often, about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add the butter and stir until melted . Us you prefer add some mozzarella on top then put in the microway for 4 minutes to meld . Goes very taste with any cain of cheese : ricotta , parmigiana or feta also can be ader some fresh sour cream .
